Affect. Divine beauty stepped off of her throne once more in the middle of the frozen lake. This was her favorite spot in the winter- she could see the water ripple and move underneigth the layer of ice that trapped it. Extending her wings, she yawned, hoping for some entertainment. Bright blue eyes gazed up to the sky, watching the snow dance down from the heavens and onto the ground, creating an ablaster blanket which she loved, fore she could blend into the snow with ease. Affect walked over to the nearby towering tree that rested by the waterfall only to see Ax, her beloved brother, resting with her new alphess, Rasue. Aw, cute. She boweed with grace, wings extending before her ruler. "Your Majesty," smirk, giggle, "What have you been up to today?" Ass was planted beside Ax as she set her paw on him and shook it, trying to get him up. Sigh; this was no time to be sleeping.
Rasue. Femme of beauty and explendor rested calmly upon a rock nearby the frozen waters of the river. The sight was so relaxing; the softness of gliding snowflakes and their rest upon the coat on the ground. Rasue sighed. She loved the winter, and more: she loved the fact she could be actually free on this season. Her pure and immaculate alabaster peltage would be protect her even from the freezing temperature and... oh! There was Axial, one of the new memebrs of the pack. Sleeping, though. Soon, auditors caught the sound of a new movement, and nasals inhaled another perfume, quite similar to Ax's. There was his sister, approaching. Rasue, kindly, greeted her with a nod, just before opening her maw to let escape the answer to her question in a low tone, graceful. "Nothing actually." she said, a smile curving her jaw. And then completed: "Just watching the fall of the snow". Caudal appendage swayed, hiting a small amount of snow, dispersing it.
Axial's toned physique was resting lightly atop the thick blankets of yesterday's flurries, massive wings draped about him like a second layer of fur. No worries about the cold when you had babies like those to keep you warm; although, he'd start worrying when the wings themselves got cold, but hey- that's what down was for. Since he was essentially flightless, his wings had adapted to work for winter by pushing out certain, unnecessary flight feathers to create a soft, warming layer of what should have been baby feathers. Science in action; you had to love it. But it seemed as though his rest wouldn't last. The approach of delicate footsteps was enough to pull him from his light slumber, baby-blue eyes opening to land on his sister's approach. Forelegs would stretch forwards, towards his sibling, as he grinned up at her, tongue hanging out. "Heya sis," he said, before turning his grinning face towards Rasue, "Morning boss. You're looking mighty lovely today, ain'tcha?" Insert that dashing smile of his. Beastie jumped to his feet, elegant form arching with a stretch just oozing grace. Every motion of his body dripped with the refined and noble beauty that was paired with the angels of heaven; but hey, that's what you got when your mama was literally godsent. Too bad he didn't have much of a personality to match that regal appearance of his.
Affect. Manifested from heaven itself, she sat with a pose that was entertwined with grace and elegancy. Wings fluffed out, the warmth they gave slowly turning into cold. Today was a pretty chilly day, she thought to herself. Never the less, it wouldn't stop her from having fun. "Yo," she replied to Ax's statement. "So, what shall we do today?" Comment was said for both Axiel and Rasue. The snow was still dancing to the ground, coming harder and harder with every gust of wind. "We can go search for recruitment, or maybe search to find an unoccupied den to move into?" She didn't want to rush her lord into finding something she didn;t want to do, she she refrained from saying the rest of her ideas. Looking back at Ax, she smiled. Him and his foolish smile that seemed to fool everybody he saw. Under that smile, he wasn't too great.
Rasue shook up slightly, just to make her heavenly and of impressive beauty coat fall again to this natural place, for it's been moved by the wind at every second. Femme of natural and given-from-gods elegancy pawed softly at the rock beneath her frame, just before hindmitts stretched to raise and jump gracefully upon the snow. Paws went deep in the soft ivory coated ground, but this would bot keep herself from walking, approaching her pack companions. nasals inhaled the absolutely cold air outside her natural and warm protection, aspirating their scent. A smile crossed, once again, her mawline, just before pink appendage roll out, spreading some saliva on her muzzle, and then back in. "Thank you for the compliment, Axial, I'm gratefull."She said, kind. "But you can keep the next ones to yourself." she would say, the voice leaving her throad on a sarcastic tone, as well the growth of the smile on her face. "I don't think we should enter a den, Affect." she smiled truly at the hybrid femme, directing her silver deep and attentive orbs to the sight arround. "It's a beautiful winter morning, look at these snowflakes." she grinned. "Unless you're cold, then I may be some company to you." she offered, smiling and trying to be nice.
Axial retreated quickly from his stretch, moving to work on getting his wings limber. It didn't take much- a few rotations on the joints before flapping them out and he was good to go. From the corner of those keen eyes of his, the beastie noticed that his dear sib was losing her own warmth- well, he noticed from sight and her words. He chuckled a little; such a wimp. They may have Mediterranean blood in 'em, but hell- even the biting wind was no match for their thick pelts and thicker wings. Speaking of which; bastard neatly folded his heavenly appendages, pressing them close to his body for the extra warmth. A devilish grin crossed his face as Ras spoke, "No worries, boss- that was your compliment for the day. There were no more to talk about," Really, though- his flattery was a gift. She'd gone and spoiled it for herself by not savouring the kindness. Chh. God-carven form reclined back on its hot piece of ass, as the bastard lifted a paw, as if waving off all concerns, "C'mon sis, tough up. S'a nice day and you don't want to spoil it by sitting inside, when we're all just going to stink like a bunch of wet dogs. Which reminds me," he added, turning his focus back to the alphas, "While we were all sweeping last night I took the initiative to patrol around this small little bit of land. No troubles on the, erm, borders. There was nothing sniffing around, so we're safe for now. Parametres clear."
Affect rose, slender body shaking rapidly to remove the access snow from her exterior. Wings once more unfolded themselves and flapped a few times, lowering back down and trying to keep some warmth. She wasn't too cold, and no, she wasn't a wimp. It was mearly a suggestion. Dens help packs grow- well, sometimes. Anyways, she would rather be outside to watch mother nature at its fullest. Claws dug into the snow to make small pockets for her paws to sink into, allowing her chest to collapse and keep her in a heavenly pose. Grin would crawl onto her face slowly, hiding how much she wanted to bitch-slap someone. It wasn't everyday she just got the urge to punt someone like she was trying to get a 3-point goal. "Of couse, ma'am. And no, I'm okay. I would personally rather be out here anyways." She had a short fuse, but she could disguise it very well. Looking back at brother-dearest, skull was placed on paws, just staring over at him. No, she didn't want anything, she was just bored.
Rasue's silver orbs widened slightly as a stronger winter wind blow hit her face. Posture relaxed, joints ceeded at cerebrum's command and femme of heavenly brightness and explendor lied on the snowy ground, frame shaking a little to move some flakes from beneath her so her body would be resting in a small and shallow hole. "It's good to know it, Axial. Nice to see you're honoring the rank given to you." she smiled truly, a side grin crossing only half of her jaw. "You can be promoted, you know that, right?" She reminded him. "Have you checked the avaliabily of hunt, Affect? We should schedulle a pack hunt some time." She suggested, really thinking it was a nice idea. Caudal appendage swayed behind her frame, hiting the ground every now and then, without a certain direction or even really a motive to be moving.
xMidnight Madness. Auds flickered as the snow landed on them, more little flakes drifting onto his pelt and melting into water as they land on the black furs. His black wings, as dark as his coat, ruffled uncomfortably and blew away some of the cold stuff, allowing him a brief moment of piece. "Hello Ras," he said quietly. His calm silver irises assured that nothing was wrong, but he paused, and considered relaying one piece of advice. "Enigma, the pack, is expanding in numbers, but they seem to be sticking to their den and are non-aggressive...at the moment." He shrugged, and closed his eyes, settling down for a light nap that listened to the conversation as background noise. If he felt the need to butt in and say something, he would.
Affect smiled, ears slightly twitching to her words. "That would be lovely," she said, head bowing once more. Made of honesty and kindness, she was, just the opposite of her brother. Eyes caught sight of a coal black heavenhound. It seemed to be part of Aldora, and at the same rank as Ax. Giggle; looks like he has some competition. "Enigma? Oh, they're fine. I've been all across these lands. If you would like, I'll tell you all of the new or strong packs around, so you can go and get some more information from them." Smirk swept across her face, small chuckles coming from ajar jaws. No, she wasn't tryign to brag or act mighy by any means, just wanted to use some of that knowledge she had stored up. Affect's stomach rumbled and tumbled as if someone were playing the drums on them. Dinnertime. "Rasue, if you would like, could I steal him and go hunting? I could teach him and we will bring back food. Plus, we could get to know eachother more." She knew Ax could fight and hunt easily, but she wasn't so sure about this canine. Who knows, maybe he was better than her?.. Doubt it.
Axial kept his poker face on as the two ladies went about their conversation. Poker face? Yes. There was a need. Beastie had grown slightly displeased at the entire situation. Rasue was the alpha of a pack that was barely thriving- and here she was saying maybes and possiblies? That was not very impressive. She should have said there were be a pack hunt immediately- they had been together long enough now to need to forge their bonds, to create a status quo- to know who ate what parts, and who stood where in the social hierarchy, not just who stood where in the rankings. But his irritability slid quickly. They were, after all, a new pack- and their leading lady seemed young. He'd let things play out, but if what he saw kept on disappointing- he'd bring it up, low in ranks or not. Logic should prevail. Hound's thoughts were interrupted as a beast of silent status approached- swathed in hues of midnight and coal. "Enigma?" he repeated, "Non-aggressive?" The bastard's athletic form rounded, then, so he could fix his gaze on the male, "It's my job here to keep an eye on other packs, and I have been doing just that. Are you aware that just days ago they slaughtered an underling for having a rampant tongue? A young thing, new to social structures. How could she have known? The Matriarch is fierce, and unforgiving- and her loyal companions are just the same way. If you think to misinform us, then I would suggest you stop. I know the movements of other clans and packs, and I am perfectly aware of how they function." His gaze turned, then, back to Rasue and his sister. "I think Affect should take him hunting, before I lose my temper," he said softly, sitting his rump back into the snow, "I do not mean to be harsh, but if I never had the knowledge I have now, it could have gotten us in serious trouble."
xMidnight Madness. Background noise faded into reality as a new, harsher sound entered. Brute's eyes flickered open, and turned to stare at the mutt next to him. "Good morning to you too," he wanted to bite out with a voice full of vicious sarcasm, but the wolf said nothing. Mid mentally sighed, turning his head ever so slightly away from the source of his annoyance. He figured that arguing with a hothead like Ax was a waste of time, and probably about as useful as using dirt to wash the food. Brute instead turned his attention to Ras, pointedly ignoring Ax. "Hunting's not really my job, but would you like me to bring something back for the pack?"
Rasue wouldn't even notice the arrival of Mid if he hadn't spoke to her before. That kind of scared her, the silent walk of that divine lineaged wolf. "Well, Enigma may be harsh and unforgiving, But that doesn't mean we are gonna get in trouble with them." she said to both, voice not as kind and soft as before. "Ax, I must say that you have to be more tolerant and don't talk to others like you're the best. Midnight made a mistake, and I'm happy you had knowledge to correct his mistake. And Mid, I appreciate your try, but you have to understand studying packs it's Axial's job for a reason, and that reasonis because he's good at it." she completed, caudal raised to a dominantly high position and face expression as much confident as it could. "Now, we are still a small pack adn we don't need both of our males fighting each other. Don't even start that." she finished with a direct command. Muscles of foremitts streched as femme of heavenly beauty rose to rest on her hindquarters, orbs eyeing the pack members, attentive to the new arrival of Affect. "How did it go with the food, Affect?" She asked, trying to end up any tenstion that might have been formed.
Hiss carried herself proudly, swaggering with the confidence of a king. Bleached exterior clung to her robust body, scars strewn across her legs and chest as a sign of many victorious battles - she was out to dominate any who opposed her reigning authority. The ravenous bitch had appearingly been carved from the hands of satan himself, the desire to annihilate often concealed by her intelligent side; a mere cover-up to lure others to their death. Upon arival at a clearing in the forest, Hiss gazed at several other canines - Rolling back her shoulder blades she approached them and found herself a seat. Smacking her lips together several times, she gave each a cold stare before speaking up. "Who're you f.aggots?" Flashing them a toothy grin, she grew silent and awaited a response.
Affect. Wings had fluffed themselves quickly as she wandered through the forest alone, for the black canine was too lazy to go with her. The cover-up she had began to love was slowly fading; being someone else always gets boring after years of practice and perfection. Since she was younger, she tried to put on the 'be nice' look, but truely, it couldn't last forever, right? Coming up to the clearing where her newly formed pack rested, she heard her alphess once more speak, but in a harsh tone. Who in the world was she talking to? And then the beloved words Axial came from her parted lips. Before Affect could get mad, she wanted to know why. "May I ask why you're using such a harsh tone?" She said, her head slightly tilted as to seem confused. She turned around slowly and resumed to move toward her spot and sit, ass wiggling to pack down the snow below her. "Ax, what the fuck went on while I was gone?" she said only loud enough for Ax to hear. Sigh; Ax was the only one who knew how she really acted, which made her feel more comfortable around him than anyone else. Skull turned slightly to reveal another canine coming towards them. "Yo." Grinning, she turned back to Ras and glared at her until she recieved her answer from somebody.
Axial kept his mouth patiently shut, nodding his head in respect to his leading lady. But his expression, his body language- they were soaked with disappointment. He was treated as one with a hot head- but he had a right to be enraged. It wasn't that his job was being stomped on, no- it was that bad information had led to death right before his very eyes in the pack, and he wasn't about to let that happen again. He had stated he was not trying to be harsh; every tone of his speech and body expression held no trace of arrogance or violence, simply frustration. It was his alphess' job to be aware of this; but again, he let things slide. He had no desire to make the air any more tense, and besides- oh, oh- two entering the scene? Affect had come back promptly with no results, and he looked to her. "A misunderstanding," he stated simply, waving his paw. After all, a hot piece of heaven had just trotted onto the scene. Whoever the stranger was, she had already impressed him. Poker face kicked into full gear, now, and he let a snide smile curl over his pearly whites- his attitude one to match her own. "A growing pack." he answered her, refusing to let any more information slip. He knew that bothering with names wouldn't have any appeal to a bitch like her, and it was his job to deal with outsiders, yes?
xMidnight Madness's tail flipped in irritation. Rasue's speech gave him a slap in the face, yet the effect seemed to have no effect on him. Inwardly, Mid's insides tumbled with annoyance. He had been trying to be useful by checking up on the other packs, but Mid supposed that he didn't realize that some people could be touchy about others stealing their jobs. His short moment of peace was interrupted as Affect came in, cursing for the events he missed while away on a hunt. Auds flickered in annoyance at the 'racket' created, but wolf restrained his brash remarks and thick sarcasm for the sake of not fighting among his pack. New wolf that came in, with his swaggering walk and loud, rude remarks struck a cord. Bastard plopped his fat ass right in front of the Alpha, blocking his view of Ras, and then demanded their names. Fortunately, Ras had the sense to move to avoid staring at the brute's back. Mid let a loud snort pass his muzzle, clearly deriding of the other, and then proceeded to roll his eyes, turning away from the bitch to avoid looking at his mug. Mid found that sarcasm and silence was his best weapons. This time, he chose the latter.
Rasue's eyes widened once more after the arrival of Affect, noticing there was something different about her. Well, it was no problem, Rasue also had something different, specially now. The arrival of a newcomer, body expression dominant and even absolutly not very inteligent on putting her frame between the alpha and her pack memeber's. A low snort would leave her closed mawline, teeth slightly showed. Who did she think she were. Ras stood up and moved dangerously away from her back and stared at the femme. "I am the Alpha of this gathering. You would be?" she requested, not very kindly at the demostration of domincace of the femme. Ras would raise her caudal appendage and crania above the new femme's, making sure all the other pack members would know she was the dominant femme of that group.
